Basically a single ply, its spun to have built in interest, with elongated bobbles throghout. The yarn has fiber interest, too, being spun of different combinations of wool, mohair and things like yak, and camel - all depending upon the color. from a 50/50 to a 90/10 blend of wool and mohair, and all the variations in between - its also got a bit of bling includded - mixed in with all this great fiber are bits of sparkle and glitter, this yarn happily knits up at about 1 - 1.5 stitches perinch - so a hat, or legwarmers, or a cowl makes up FAST.
