These incredible yarns are works of art. Each is spun by hand, with an amazing array of fibers - from Corriedale and Merino wool to Linen, Chinagrass and Nylon, to glittering strands of rope and ribbon. These yarns are spun one or two skeins at a time, with individual expression and unique expressions of the artists creative vision the primary goal - not sameness.
These are very 'limited' editions - all are single skein unless indicated on the page. All come with content tags and artists signature.
We select handspuns based on their personality - from the classic Malabrigo merino and Gruesa, to the spinning artistry of Tracey Lampe and Ozark Mountain Hanspun, or the simple clean beauty of Blue Sky Alpacas handspun cotton, we have only one requirement: That they inspire us, make us want touch and hold them, and are just as beautiful sitting around in a bowl on the table as they are knitted up.
